1、 Application Case Description

This application case is based on the intelligent heating Bluetooth control module (DS-TLSR8266 B REV1.1) scheme independently developed by Shenzhen Shijia Electronics Co., Ltd. This module uses Telin Micro TLSR8266 as the main chip, realizing functions such as Bluetooth data transmission, hardware networking, perceptual learning, and supporting BLE master-slave mode operation, with low cost and strong performance. Different applications can be developed according to customer specific needs.

This case uses a graphene heating film as a heating device, connects to a temperature sensor, optimizes the internal software of the intelligent heating Bluetooth control module (DS-TLSR8266 B REV1.1), customizes the BLE communication protocol, and adds a self-developed intelligent heating manual control three-level switch module (003F3 REV1.1) and mobile power supply. It develops a matching Android app and IOS app to interface with specific servers, achieving clothing, footwear, hand and foot covers Intelligent heating control and monitoring of clothing products such as eye masks.

1. Intelligent heating Bluetooth control module (DS-TLSR8266 B REV1.1) (DS-TLSR8266 module for short)

Based on Bluetooth BLE, this module explores the data transmission function of wireless transmission over the Internet of Things, integrates a power management conversion module, calculates voltage, current, and power related data based on the feedback information of temperature sensor resistance changes, and triggers a control switch to achieve temperature heating monitoring and control results. This module has been standardized for software control, hardware interface docking, and RF electrical. Based on the monitoring and control algorithm mode, other forms of heating applications can be easily developed. Refer to module scheme information for specific technical parameters.

2. Intelligent heating manual control three-level switch module (003F3 REV1.1) (referred to as USB main control board)

The USB main control board is equipped with a low-cost MCU as the main control unit, and the communication protocol between the UART and DS-TLSR8266 is customized. The USB main control board is separated from the Bluetooth module, and a three-level switch is designed to manually control the three-gear temperature standard. In addition, the advantage of this design is that the module can maintain a relatively close distance from the temperature sensor to ensure accuracy. In addition, when it is necessary to carry multiple heating pads, it can be expanded in the module to reduce the complexity of wiring at the USB end.

3. Thermistor devices (i.e., temperature sensors)

Thermistors are a class of sensitive components that are divided into positive temperature coefficient thermistors (PTCs) and negative temperature coefficient thermistors (NTCs) according to their temperature coefficients. The typical characteristic of thermistors is that they are sensitive to temperature and exhibit different resistance values at different temperatures. Positive temperature coefficient thermistors (PTCs) have higher resistance values at higher temperatures, while negative temperature coefficient thermistors (NTCs) have lower resistance values at higher temperatures. They belong to semiconductor devices. In this application scheme, a thermistor device combined with a control module forms an intelligent temperature sensor. 4. Mobile Internet App (Android/Apple) (Android/iOS APP for short)

This app is a dedicated app developed independently by Shijia Electronics for the heating clothing control and monitoring system. It can be connected to the DS-TLSR8266B module through mobile phone Bluetooth to achieve wireless control and temperature monitoring. The app comes with shopping, consulting, and music functions to increase customer promotion channels and customer stickiness.

5. Platform operation server (i.e. background server)

The background server can provide shopping malls, music, and information services for the APP. In addition, it can store user basic information, physical therapy process data, and provide third-party login interfaces.

6. Mobile power supply/adapter

Mobile Power Pack (MPP), also known as Power Bank and Travel Charger, is a portable charger that integrates power supply and charging functions, which can charge digital devices such as mobile phones and tablets anytime and anywhere. Generally, lithium batteries (or dry batteries, which are rare) are used as power storage units, making them convenient and fast to use. This application scheme supports the 5V standard. Shijia Electronics can provide mobile power product evaluation, analysis, and selection services, as well as customized development of mobile power.

7. Graphene heating device (i.e., graphene heating sheet)

The graphene heating sheet is the core accessory of this application solution and a milestone in the development of smart clothing.

Graphene is a two-dimensional crystal. Graphite is formed by stacking layers of planar carbon atoms arranged in a honeycomb like order. Graphite layers are peeled off, easily forming thin graphite sheets. When peeled off to a single layer of carbon atom thickness, graphene is formed. Graphene has excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, and graphene heating sheets have been widely used at this stage. Shijia Electronics can provide services such as authenticity identification, performance evaluation, and product selection of graphene heating sheets.
