As one of the largest shipments of chips, RFID chips are considered to be the linker of the Internet of Things industry chain, allowing goods or items to be perceived by computer systems. In the past few years, with the characteristics of long sensing distance, UHF RFID electronic label chips have become an important direction of industrial development. According to Technavio data, the global application of UHF RFID in the retail industry is growing rapidly at a compound growth rate of 40% per year.

The two chips, Feather Array 611 and Feather Array 612, released by Pingtou Brother this time fully leverage the end-to-end platform capabilities of Pingtou Brother and the industrial chain, and have excellent recognition rates in complex scenarios. Feather Array 611 is a single port chip with a sensitivity of - 24dBm, which is the industry's most advanced. With fully automatic impedance tuning, it is suitable for multiple scenarios such as supermarket retail, intelligent logistics, supply chain, aviation package tracking, and asset management, greatly improving production and inventory efficiency; The feather array 612 adopts a dual port omnidirectional antenna design, which has better versatility and can meet the needs of complex scenarios such as cargo stacking and occlusion.

Song Hailong, a senior product expert at Pingtouge, said, "RFID technology has a history of more than 70 years. With the outbreak of the Internet of Things scenario, the industry has put forward higher requirements for this technology. We hope to work closely with industry chain partners to continuously innovate RFID technology and make perception everywhere."

Currently, Pingtouge has owned server CPU chips, AI inference chips, RISC-V architecture processor IP, RFID chips, and other products. In the 2021 Yunqi Conference, Pingtouge released its first RFID electronic tag chip, Feather Array 600, which has been applied in a large-scale manner in the novice logistics scenario.
